Re-certify Adult CPR card online at American Red Cross? - adult cpr

I need a new adult CPR certification. Someone said, you can certify online at the Red Cross, and it is much easier to confirm once again after the course again. Is that true? I looked at the page, but found nothing. Please help! Thank you.
